The Community 1st Bank project on Sherman Avenue in downtown Coeur d’Alene was the conversion from offices for a local TV/Radio station into a branch location for a financial institution.

The project scope consisted of an exterior update and complete interior remodel of the front half of the structure. The 1960’s building was brought up to current code standards with the introduction of accessibility features such as an exterior ADA compliant ramp and a new interior layout with associated finishes/fixtures.

As part of the remodel, Community 1st asked Miller Stauffer Architects to incorporate features and branding from their other facilities, which is reflected on both the interior and exterior of the building.
