Downtown parking has always been an issue for the City of Coeur d’Alene, so when Ignite CDA and the City teamed up for a new parking garage, Miller Stauffer gladly accepted the design challenge. The challenge being to provide architectural interest for a concrete structure with color, texture, lighting and landscaping.
