Miller Stauffer has some history with this particular property. Our initial contact was a client who was interested in custom home design, but there was an existing home on the property which was demolished and then we started the design process. The priorities for this client changed during the process and they ended up selling the property/design to another individual, who also became our client. The current property owner ended up being our third client for this design.

The client was interested in implementing custom features to enhance the architecture and interiors. Such as, the front door, the main fireplace, upgraded finishes and architectural landscaping that compliments the lakefront home.
