Miller Stauffer designed McEuen Terrace as a mixed-use high-rise consisting of 22 luxury condominium units above 15,000 sq ft of “Class A” office space and an underground parking structure. The facility includes a raised patio, onsite above ground parking, and a cascading water feature.
