The tower features a signature 45-degree angled geometry. This thoughtful layout turns residential balconies and curtain wall glazing toward McEuen Park and Lake Coeur d’Alene. At ground level, the building sets back to create a raised pedestrian plaza complete with a tiered water feature.
At the plaza level, the design creates an engaging streetscape for visitors and residents. Warm brick masonry and detailed cast stone arches ground the building’s base. These arches frame expansive windows for ground-floor commercial spaces. Custom metal railings, integrated planters, and decorative lighting line the raised terrace. Together, these details create a comfortable, inviting transition between the public sidewalk and private interior entrances.
Above the masonry base, the tower rises through painted cast-in-place concrete, dark steel accents, and floor-to-ceiling glass. The signature teal finish draws directly from the surrounding landscape, mirroring the tone of the distant mountains. Vertical window bands and staggered balcony cantilevers break up the building’s scale. Reflective curtain wall glazing captures the changing sky, giving the upper residential floors a clean, modern profile.
