This project is a single tenant restaurant for Sweet Lou’s making this their third location. The site is located at the new crossings development off of US-95 in Athol. The materials used include a combination of light timber framing, glulam beams, and steel. The restaurant includes an indoor dining space with furniture tables and booths, indoor/outdoor bar, covered patio dining space, office space for the owners, a commercial kitchen, and both public and employee restrooms.
