Water Tower Lofts is a mixed-use project located on the Spokane River in Post Falls, ID. The project is comprised of 107 apartment units and 12,000 sf of retail space. The ground level will offer residents and visitors many amenities, while providing a more walkable and inviting street edge. Water Tower will contribute to the activation of Spokane Street, designed to be a central gathering place for the city of Post Falls.
