Formerly a 1960s TV and radio station, this structure was reimagined as a modern bank through adaptive reuse. Weathered steel, wood accents, and expansive glass redefine the façade, blending industrial character with transparency and light. Planter-integrated benches enhance the pedestrian experience and soften the building’s street presence, contributing to the evolving fabric of downtown Coeur d’Alene.
