Nestled between Lake Pend Oreille and Schweitzer Mountain, SilverWing is an 18-acre fly-in community designed for aviation-centric living. Each custom lot integrates airside access with residential use, anchored by a duplex prototype featuring a 3,300-square-foot hangar beneath 3,000 square feet of living space. The architecture expresses a contemporary Northwest vernacular, with exposed timber structure, stained cedar siding, and low-slope rooflines that echo the surrounding alpine terrain.
