SilverWing at Sandpoint is a unique fly-in airpark community located between Schweitzer Mountain and Lake Pend Oreille in Northern Idaho. This 18-acre development sits next to the Sandpoint Airport and includes 44 custom lots designed for pilots and aviation enthusiasts.

The project includes a well-designed duplex featuring 3,000 square feet of living space above a 3,300-square-foot hangar. The design reflects Northwest architectural style, with exposed timber beams and stained cedar siding that connect the home to its natural surroundings.

With one duplex already completed, SilverWing continues to grow. Our team is working alongside the community to create more residences that blend aviation living with the beauty of the outdoors.
