Community Hub
The Kroc Center is a 120,500-square-foot community hub in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, created through the generosity of the Kroc family, The Salvation Army, the City of Coeur d’Alene, and strong local support. It serves as a vibrant space for recreation, wellness, and the arts—offering something for everyone.
Miller Stauffer Architects collaborated with Architects West and Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture to design a space that’s both state-of-the-art and welcoming. Inside, the facility features a 10-lane competition pool, a leisure pool for families, an indoor track, a fitness area, aerobics studio, and a multi-use court with three basketball courts.
There’s also an indoor play structure, climbing wall, chapel, and a performing arts theater. Community rooms and a full commercial kitchen round out the space, making it a true gathering place.
More than a building, the Kroc Center is a place of connection—offering recreation, learning, and cultural experiences for people of all ages.
