Collaborative Workspace

Located in the heart of downtown Coeur d’Alene, this full interior remodel transforms a previously dated space into a modern, functional office for Coldwell Banker. The design embraces the character of the original building by exposing the existing brick walls, timber framing, and joist ceiling, creating a warm industrial atmosphere.

The space features a welcoming lobby, two conference rooms, and three levels of offices—including a mezzanine and lower-level workspace—all connected by an open, collaborative layout. Glass walls allow for enclosed offices without compromising transparency or flow, supporting both privacy and connection for the Coldwell Banker team.
