Located in The Coeur d’Alene Resort Shops in downtown, this full interior remodel transforms a previously dated space into a modern, functional office for Coldwell Banker Realty. The design embraces the character of the original building by exposing the existing brick walls, timber framing, and joist ceiling, creating a warm industrial atmosphere.
