Perched above Coeur d’Alene’s Sanders Beach neighborhood, Ridgepointe is a multi-family residential development that merges mountain lodge sensibilities with contemporary materials and detailing. The five-story central atrium anchors the design—its fully glazed stair tower offering a transparent core that visually connects interior circulation with the surrounding forested landscape.

Exposed timber structure and stacked stone bases articulate the building’s primary forms, creating a rhythm of warmth and solidity. Deep roof overhangs, natural wood finishes, and expansive decks reinforce the building’s connection to its wooded site. A covered entry pavilion—framed in glulam beams and resting on stone piers—establishes a clear architectural threshold and sets the tone for the experience within.
